Headmen, part 2. Except for an out-of-place, and sluggish, Kyle Richmond backstory in the middle of it, this is a good issue, with some cool ideas, cool villains and plenty for The Defenders to do. Sadly, the 9-page Nighthawk flashback stuff kinda sucks the good out of it. 6/10
